Disclosed are a metal plate connection structure and a metal plate connection method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a metal plate connection structure may comprise: a plurality of metal plates connected to each other to form at least a part of a structure; and a stress concentration relieving member provided to be respectively connected to the corners of the metal plates at portions where the corners of at least three of the metal plates gather to relieve stress concentration.
