The present invention relates to a hybrid vehicle (100) having a regenerative braking function which is capable of high-efficiency regenerative braking. The hybrid vehicle (100) having a regenerative braking function comprises: an engine (110) which combusts fuel to generate power; an HSG (130) which starts the engine (110) and operates as a generator in a started state to generate electric energy; a motor (150) which assists the power of the engine (110) and operates as a generator when braking to generate electric energy; a control unit (145) which controls operations of the motor (150) and the HSG (130); drive wheels (105) coupled to axle shafts (106) extended to both sides of an axle (125); and a battery (140). The battery (140) is connected to the HSG (130), the motor (150), and the control unit (145). The motor (150) drives the drive wheels (105) and operates as a generator when braking to generate electric energy.

    본 발명은 연료를 연소시켜 동력을 발생시키는 엔진(110)과, 상기 엔진(110)을 시동시키고 엔진(110)이 시동된 상태에서 발전기로 작동하여 전기 에너지를 생성하는 HSG(130)와, 상기 엔진(110)의 동력을 보조하고 제동시 발전기로 작동하여 전기 에너지를 생성하는 모터(150)와, 상기 HSG(130)와 모터(150)의 작동을 제어하는 제어부(145)와, 액슬(125)의 양측으로 연장된 액슬축(106)에 각각 결합된 구동휠(105)과, 배터리(140)를 포함하고; 상기 배터리(140)는 HSG(130), 모터(150) 및 제어부(145)에 연결되며; 상기 모터(150)는 각 구동휠(105)을 구동하고, 제동시 발전기로 작동하여 전기 에너지를 생성하는 회생 제동 기능을 가지는 하이브리드 차량(100)에 관한 것이다.
