A driving control device (10) mounted in a vehicle having an electric motor and an internal combustion engine (21) as a power source comprises: a creation unit (11) creating a speed profile predicting speed of a vehicle at each time; an estimation unit (12) approximating the speed profile by using a predetermined approximate model and estimating a prediction amount of regenerative energy which is recoverable energy by regenerative braking of the electric motor based on an approximating result; and a determination unit (13) determining the power source used for driving based on the prediction amount of the regenerative energy.
