Disclosed is a method for controlling a plurality of vehicles performing platooning. In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling an autonomous vehicle is able to obtain destination information and vehicle information through sensors of a plurality of vehicles. Through the destination information, the vehicles performing platooning are determined and can be used for artificial intelligence (AI) processing for determining the formation for platooning based on each fuel cost saving information. In accordance with the present invention, an apparatus for providing passenger service in accordance with the communication status can be connected to an AI module, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), robots, augmented reality (AR) apparatus, virtual reality (VR) apparatus, apparatus related to 5G services, etc.

    군집주행(Platooning)을 수행하는 복수의 차량의 제어 방법이 개시된다. 본 명세서의 일 실시예에 따른 자율주행 차량 제어 방법은, 복수의 차량 각각의 센서를 통해 목적지 정보 및 차량 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 목적지 정보를 통해 군집 차량을 결정하고 각각의 주유비 절약 정보에 기초하여 군집 대형 판단 AI 프로세싱에 이용될 수 있다. 본 명세서의 통신 상태에 따른 탑승자 서비스 제공 장치는 인공 지능(Artificial Intelligence) 모듈, 드론(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV), 로봇, 증강 현실(Augmented Reality, AR) 장치, 가상 현실(virtual reality, VR) 장치, 5G 서비스와 관련된 장치 등과 연계될 수 있다.
