The present invention relates to a lightweight stiffener in which CFRTPC is insert-injection molded. More specifically, a continuous fiber composite is disposed along a side where a collision occurs in a mold cavity, and a long fiber composite is foamed and injected so that the long fiber composite can be disposed inside the continuous fiber composite disposed on the side in the mold cavity. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the weight of the stiffener, reduce production costs, and shorten a production process.

    본 발명은 CFRTPC가 인서트 사출 성형된 경량화 스티프너에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 연속섬유복합재가 금형 캐비티 내에서 충돌이 이루어지는 측면 부분을 따라 배치되고, 장섬유복합재가 금형 캐비티 내에 측면에 배치되는 연속섬유복합재의 내측에 배치되도록 발포 사출되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로 인해, 스티프너의 경량화, 생산 비용 절감 및 생산 공정 단축을 도모할 수 있다.
