According to an embodiment of the present invention, a stratospheric airship may comprise: a processor for steering an antenna toward a satellite transmitting the result data generated in response to a mission command signal; and a communication unit configured to receive the result data and transmit the result data to at least one target object by performing optical wireless communication (OWC) with the satellite while the stratospheric airship flies in the stratospheric region. The stratospheric airship communicates with satellites using OWC, so that it can perform broadband communication with a bandwidth of THz or more, and can receive large amounts of data at a faster rate than conventional RF communication.

    일실시예에 따른 성층권 비행선은 임무 명령 신호에 대응하여 생성된 결과 데이터를 송신하는 위성체를 향해 안테나를 조정하는 프로세서 및 성층권 비행선이 성층권 영역에서 비행하는 동안 상기 위성체와 광무선통신(Optical Wireless Communication, OWC)을 수행함으로써, 상기 결과 데이터를 수신하고, 적어도 하나의 대상 오브젝트로 상기 결과 데이터를 송신하는 통신부를 포함할 수 있다.
