Disclosed are a brake booster negative pressure prediction system and a method therefor. The brake booster negative pressure prediction system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a driving information detector for detecting driving information according to driving of a vehicle; and an Engine Control Unit (ECU) configured with a booster negative pressure prediction unit. The booster negative pressure prediction unit calculates an Inmeni negative pressure by subtracting the Inmeni pressure from an atmospheric pressure detected by operation information, and predicts a brake booster negative pressure (k-1) calculated in a previous cycle according to a brake booster negative pressure prediction logic and a brake booster negative pressure (k). An object of the present invention is to provide the brake booster negative pressure prediction system capable of improving a cooling performance and a braking performance of the vehicle, and the method therefor.

    브레이크 부스터 부압 예측 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 브레이크 부스터 부압 예측 시스템은, 차량의 운행에 따른 운전정보를 검출하는 운전정보 검출기 및 상기 운전정보로 검출된 대기압에서 인메니 압력을 뺀 값으로 인메니 부압을 연산하며 브레이크 부스터 부압 예측 로직에 따라 직전 사이클에서 계산된 브레이크 부스터 부압(k-1)과 현재 사이클의 인메니 부압 및 브레이크 페달 답력을 이용하여 모델링된 충방진 변화율을 시간에 따라 적산하여 브레이크 부스터 부압(k)을 예측하는 부스터 부압 예측부가 구성된 ECU(Engine Control Unit)를 포함한다.
