The present invention relates to an offshore photovoltaic power plant having an anti-vibration body capable of actively reducing the shaking and shaking of a floating structure of the photovoltaic power plant according to the meteorological environment of the sea. The offshore photovoltaic power plant includes a floating structure (110) provided to float in the sea; a solar panel (120) disposed on the floating structure to convert sunlight into electrical energy; a fixed shaft (130) vertically installed on the lower portion of the floating structure; a shaking preventing part (140) supported by the fixed shaft (130) and provided to be deployable in a radial direction with respect to the axial direction of the fixed shaft (130); a driving unit (150) for deploying and driving the shaking preventing part (140); and a control unit (170) for controlling the driving of the driving unit (150).

    본 발명은 해상의 기상환경에 따라서 태양광 발전소의 부유 구조물의 흔들림과 요동을 능동형으로 저감할 수 있는 요동 방지체를 구비한 해상 태양광 발전소에 관한 것으로, 해상에 부유하도록 마련되는 부유 구조물(110)과; 상기 부유 구조물에 배치되어 태양광을 전기 에너지로 변환하게 되는 태양광 패널(120)과; 상기 부유 구조물의 하부에 연직으로 부설되는 고정 샤프트(130)과; 상기 고정 샤프트(130)에 지지되어 상기 고정 샤프트(130)의 축방향에 대해 방사 방향으로 전개 가능하게 마련되는 요동 방지부(140)와; 상기 요동 방지부(140)를 전개 구동하기 위한 구동부(150)와; 상기 구동부(150)의 구동을 제어하기 위한 제어부(170)를 포함한다.
