The present invention introduces a torsion beam of a coupled torsion beam axle, comprising: an outer beam which has an outer protrusion unit protruding from a middle part toward the top and has an outer skirt unit, formed in a cross sectional shape stretched in the vertical length direction, at both end parts of the outer protrusion unit; and an inner beam which has an inner protrusion unit in a middle part thereof, which is inserted into the outer beam to face the outer protrusion unit, and has an inner skirt unit, formed in a cross sectional shape stretched in the vertical direction, at both end parts of the inner protrusion unit, wherein an outer surface of the inner skirt unit comes in surface contact with an inner surface of the outer skirt unit while matching with the inner surface. The outer surface of the inner protrusion unit and the inner surface of the outer protrusion unit have a gap therebetween to from a closed cross sectional structure. The torsion beam satisfies durability performance while not increasing weight of components by improving the torsion beam structure.

    본 발명은 중단의 아우터돌출부가 상부를 향해 돌출되어 형성되고, 아우터돌출부의 양 끝부분에서 아우터스커트부가 상하 길이방향으로 이어지는 단면 형상으로 형성된 아우터빔; 중단의 이너돌출부가 상기 아우터돌출부에 마주하도록 아우터빔 내부에 삽입되고, 이너돌출부의 양 끝부분에서 이너스커트부가 상하방향으로 이어지는 단면 형상으로 형성되되, 이너스커트부의 외측면과 아우터스커트부의 내측면이 상호 매칭된 상태에서 면접합되는 이너빔;을 포함하고, 상기 이너돌출부의 외측면과 아우터돌출부의 내측면 사이에 갭을 두어 폐단면 구조를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 커플드 토션빔 액슬의 토션빔이 소개된다.
