The present invention integrally forms a sound pad in an insulation body through an injection method, so that not only the noise pad of a complex shape is easily formed but also work efficiency can be increased since the noise pad is not directly attached to the insulation pad. More specifically, when forming the insulation body, the noise pad is integrally injection formed or the insulation body is inserted into an insert to enable the noise pad to be integrally injected or the noise pad is injected to the insulation body through a double injection method, so that the insulation body is formed in the various methods to improve assembling efficiency. Moreover, the noise pad uses thermal plastic olefin (TPO) which is a rubber material, so that the noise pad has excellent formability to be more easily and integrally formed in the insulation body, and moreover, the noise pad can be firmly and closely attached to a panel to increase a noise blocking effect.

    사출 방식으로 인슐레이션 보디에 소음 패드를 일체로 성형함으로써, 복잡한 형상의 소음 패드를 쉽게 성형할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 직접 소음 패드를 인슐레이션 패드에 부착하지 않아 작업 효율을 높일 수 있다. 특히, 인슐레이션 보디를 성형할 때 소음 패드를 일체로 사출 성형하거나, 인슐레이션 보디를 인서트로 삽입하여 소음 패드를 일체로 사출하거나, 2중 사출 방식으로 인슐레이션 보디에 소음 패드를 사출할 수 있게 구성하므로, 다양한 방법으로 성형하여 조립 효율을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 소음 패드로 고무 재질인 TPO(Thermal Plastic Olefin)를 사용함으로, 성형성이 우수하여 쉽게 인슐레이션 보디에 일체로 성형할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 패널에 견고하게 밀착하게 하여 소음 차단 효과를 높일 수 있다.
