An inaudible signal is generated from one or a plurality of speakers installed in a vehicle. The inaudible signal reflected on a driver or a passenger of the vehicle is received by one or a plurality of microphones installed in the vehicle. A behavior induction acoustic pattern is detected based on the reflected ultrasonic waves. A behavior of the driver or the passenger of the vehicle is recognized by analyzing the behavior induction acoustic pattern. A warning is generated by the recognized behavior of the driver or the passenger of the vehicle.
