The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a fitting material having insulating properties to be used for insulating a storage tank of an LNG ship. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a loading unit into which a first film material wound in a roll state is loaded; a first coating unit which coats an adhesive to the upper surface of the first film material released from the loading unit; a conveyor which receives and forwardly moves the first film material passing through the first coating unit in a horizontal direction; a first insulating material feeding unit which places a first insulating material cut to a predetermined size on the upper surface of the first film material moving along the conveyor; a second film material attachment unit which covers the upper surface of the first insulating material while being supplied with the adhesive applied to one surface of a second film material wound in a roll state; a secondary coating unit which coats the adhesive to the upper surface of the second film material moving while being attached to the first insulating material; a second insulating material feeding unit which places a second insulating material having a different thickness from the first insulating material on the second film material to which the adhesive is coated while passing through the secondary coating unit; a third film material attachment unit which covers the upper surface of the second insulating material supplied while the adhesive is coated to one surface of a third film material wound in a roll state; a cutting unit which is continuously disposed on the third film material attachment unit and cuts the stacked fitting material into a predetermined length; and a take-out unit which picks up and takes out the fitting material cut by the cutting unit. Application of the adhesive to the first film material, the second film material, and the third film material is performed by a spray method.

    본 발명은 LNG 선박의 저장탱크에 대한 단열을 목적으로 사용되는 단열특성을 갖는 끼움재의 제조장치에 관한 기술로서, 롤 상태로 감겨진 제1필름재가 로딩되는 로딩부; 상기 로딩부로부터 풀려나가는 상기 제1필름재의 상면에 접착제가 도포되도록 하는 1차도포부; 상기 1차도포부를 거친 상기 제1필름재를 이어받아 수평방향으로 전진 이동시키는 컨베이어; 상기 컨베이어를 따라 이동되는 상기 제1필름재 상면에 소정규격으로 재단된 제1단열재가 올려지도록 하는 제1단열재 투입부; 롤 상태로 감겨진 제2필름재의 일면에 접착제가 도포된 채 공급되면서 상기 제1단열재 상면을 덮도록 하는 제2필름재 부착부; 상기 제1단열재에 부착되어 이동되는 상기 제2필름재의 상면에 접착제가 도포되게 하는 2차도포부; 상기 2차도포부를 거치면서 접착제가 도포된 상기 제2필름재 위에 상기 제1단열재와는 두께가 다른 제2단열재가 올려지도록 하는 제2단열재 투입부; 롤 상태로 감겨진 제3필름재의 일면에 접찹제가 도포된 채 공급되면서 상기 제2단열재 상면을 덮도록 하는 제3필름재 부착부; 상기 제3필름재 부착부에 연이어 배치되되 적층 형성된 끼움재를 소정길이로 절단하는 컷팅부; 상기 컷팅부에 의해 절단된 끼움재를 집어 취출시키는 취출부;를 포함하되, 상기 제1필름재, 제2필름재, 제3필름재에 대한 접착제의 도포는 스프레이 방식으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
