The present invention relates to a system for predicting the degree of risk of a road according to rainfall information to provide safety information to a driver. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a radar using straightness of a radio wave to measure a time from when a radio wave is transmitted to a vehicle until a time when the reflected wave is received from the vehicle, to measure a direction and distance that the vehicle is heading; an automatic weather system (AWS) measuring meteorological factors and converting values measured for each meteorological factor into meteorological physical quantities; a vehicle rain sensor provided in the vehicle to detect the strength and amount of rainwater falling on the vehicle; and a server receiving information on the direction and distance that the vehicle is heading from the radar, receiving information on the meteorological physical quantities from the AWS, receiving information on the strength and amount of rainwater from the vehicle rain sensor, and acquiring a synthetic rainfall value from the information to predict and display the degree of risk of a road on which the vehicle is driving on a screen.
본 발명은 강우정보에 따른 도로 위험도 예측 시스템에 관한 것으로, 전파의 직진성을 이용하여 차량에 전파를 송신한 후 차량으로부터 반사파를 수신한 시각까지의 시간을 측정하여 차량이 향하는 방향과 거리를 측정하는 레이더; 기상요소를 측정하고, 기상요소별로 측정된 값을 기상학적 물리량으로 변환하는 AWS(Automatic Weather System); 차량에 구비되어, 차량에 떨어지는 빗물의 세기와 양을 감지하는 차량용 레인센서; 및 레이더로부터 차량이 향하는 방향과 거리에 관한 정보를 수신하고, AWS로부터 기상학적 물리량에 관한 정보를 수신하고, 차량용 레인센서로부터 빗물의 세기와 양에 관한 정보를 수신하고, 이들 정보로부터 합성 강우값을 구하여 해당 차량이 주행하는 도로의 위험도를 예측하여 화면에 디스플레이하는 서버를 포함한다.
