A drone capable of ground travel according to the present invention includes: a main body; an upper arm and a lower arm provided in the main body; a knuckle supported by the upper arm and the lower arm; a BLDC type drive motor mounted on the knuckle; a propeller rotated by the motor; and a rim-shaped wheel that runs along the outer edge of the propeller. According to the present invention, by selecting and using a flight mode or a ground driving mode as needed, the drone is switched to the ground driving mode and operated when a power capacity of a battery is not sufficient to maintain the flight mode so that there is an advantage of being retrieved or being able to complete a mission.

    본 발명에 따른 지상주행이 가능한 드론은, 본체와, 본체에 구비된 어퍼암과 로어암과, 상기 어퍼암과, 로어암에 의해 지지되는 너클과, 상기 너클에 장착되는 BLDC 방식의 구동모터와, 상기 모터에 의해 회전되는 프로펠러와, 상기 프로플레의 외측선단을 따라 이어지는 림형태의 차륜을 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명에 의하면, 필요에 따라 비행모드 또는 지상주행모드를 선택하여 사용됨으로써, 배터리의 전력용량이 비행모드를 유지하기에 충분하지 않은 경우에는 지상주행모드로 전환 가동됨으로써, 회수되거나, 임무수행을 완료할 수 있게 된다는 이점이 있다.
