According to the present invention, disclosed is a fuel cell power generation system including: a hydrogen production unit (100) that produces hydrogen by decomposing gaseous ammonia, and a hydrogen fuel cell unit (200) that produces electricity using the hydrogen produced by the hydrogen production unit (100). The hydrogen production unit (100) includes an ammonia reformer (110) that thermally decomposes gaseous ammonia, and an ammonia separator (120) that separates undecomposed ammonia from a mixed gas containing undecomposed ammonia, hydrogen, and nitrogen discharged from the ammonia reformer (110). The ammonia separator (120) includes an ammonia water generator (121) for dissolving undecomposed ammonia to generate ammonia water, and an ammonia separation membrane (122) for separating undecomposed ammonia from ammonia water. Ammonia can be separated by using a cathode exhaust gas from the hydrogen fuel cell unit (200) as a sweep gas in the ammonia separation membrane (122).

    본 발명은, 기체 암모니아를 분해하여 수소를 생산하는 수소 생산 유니트(100), 그리고 수소 생산 유니트(100)에서 생산한 수소를 이용하여 전력을 생산하는 수소 연료전지 유니트(200)를 포함하고, 수소 생산 유니트(100)는 기체 암모니아를 열분해하는 암모니아 개질기(110), 그리고 암모니아 개질기(110)에서 배출되는 미분해 암모니아, 수소 및 질소를 포함하는 혼합가스에서 미분해 암모니아를 분리하는 암모니아 분리기(120)를 포함하며, 암모니아 분리기(120)는 미분해 암모니아를 용해시켜 암모니아수를 생성하는 암모니아수 생성기(121), 그리고 암모니아수로부터 미분해 암모니아를 분리하는 암모니아 분리막(122)을 포함하고, 수소 연료전지 유니트(200)로부터의 공기극 배출 가스를 암모니아 분리막(122)에서의 스윕 가스로 이용하여 암모니아를 분리할 수 있는, 연료전지 발전시스템을 개시한다.
