The present invention relates to a tread and spoke bonding device of a non-pneumatic tire and a method of bonding the same. The bonding device comprises: a spoke holder installed to extend along a horizontal direction orthogonal to the extension direction of a first vertical tower so as to be able to mount spokes on the first vertical tower extending vertically from one side of a base frame and to be rotatable; a forward and backward driving unit for advancing and retracting a first advancing and retracting body installed to be able to advance to and retreat from the spoke holder along a rail mounted on the base frame; an expanding support unit having a plurality of extension support pieces capable of supporting the tread in an extended state while radially advancing and retracting at a portion opposite to the spoke holder on the first support body extending vertically from the first advancing and retracting body, and an expanding drive unit for controlling advancing and retracting of the extension support piece; and a pressing unit capable of radially advancing and retracting a pressing piece which presses the tread to be in close contact with the spoke in an area between the extension support pieces on a second support body mounted on the first advancing and retracting body to be relatively movable with respect to the first support body. According to the tread and spoke bonding device of a non-pneumatic tire and the method of bonding the same, the advantage of easy manufacturing of the non-pneumatic tire is provided.

    본 발명은 비공기압 타이어의 트레드와 스포크 접합 장치 및 그 접방 방법에 관한 것으로서, 접합장치는 베이스 프레임의 일측에 수직상으로 연장된 제1수직타워 상에 스포크를 장착할 수 있으면서 회전이 가능하게 상기 제1수직타워의 연장방향에 직교하는 수평방향을 따라 연장되게 설치된 스포크 홀더와, 베이스 프레임에 장착된 레일을 따라 스포크 홀더로 진퇴될 수 있게 설치된 제1진퇴바디를 진퇴시키는 진퇴구동부와, 제1진퇴바디에서 수직상으로 연장된 제1지지바디체 상에 스포크 홀더와 대향되는 부분에 방사상으로 진퇴되면서 트레드를 확장상태로 지지할 수 있는 복수개의 확장지지편과, 확장지지편의 진퇴를 제어하는 익스펜딩 구동부를 갖는 익스펜딩 지지부와, 제1진퇴바디에 제1지지바디체에 대해 상대 이동가능하게 장착된 제2지지바디체 상에 확장지지편들 사이영역에서 트레드를 스포크에 밀착되게 가압시키는 가압편을 방사상으로 진퇴시킬 수 있도록 된 가압부를 구비한다. 이러한 비공기압 타이어의 트레드와 스포크 접합 장치 및 그 접합 방법에 의하면, 비공기압 타이어의 제조가 용이한 장점을 제공한다.
