The present invention relates to a brake control apparatus of a vehicle. The provided brake control apparatus of the vehicle, as the apparatus controlling braking of the vehicle, comprises: a first switch which supplies a power of a battery to a motor; a control unit controlling on/off of the first switch when ignition of the vehicle is turned on; and a drive prevention unit preventing the motor from being driven when the ignition of the vehicle is turned off when the first switch is burnt out. An objective of the present invention is to provide the brake control apparatus of the vehicle capable of preventing overheating.

    본 발명은, 차량의 제동을 제어하는 장치로서, 배터리의 전원을 모터에 공급하는 제1 스위치와, 차량의 이그니션이 온(On)된 상태에서 상기 제1 스위치의 온오프를 제어하는 제어부와, 차량의 이그니션이 오프(Off)된 상태에서 제1 스위치의 소손으로 인해 배터리의 전원이 모터로 유입되어 모터가 구동되는 것을 방지하는 구동 방지부를 포함하는 차량의 제동 제어 장치를 제공한다.
