Above all, the present invention provides techniques for forecasting occupancy of a vehicle location. The techniques include: a step of receiving status information of a parking location by at least one processor, wherein the status information represents availability of the parking location; a step of predicting a future status of the parking location based on the received status information by the at least one processor; a step of determining a destination based on the predicted future status of the parking location by the at least one processor; and a step of providing the predicted future status for a controller of a vehicle to control the vehicle to drive to the destination by the at least one processor.
