In one embodiment of the present invention for solving the above problems, a method for providing a delivery service using an unmanned moving vehicle is disclosed. The method may include the steps of: obtaining delivery information, determining a first unmanned moving vehicle for delivery among a plurality of first unmanned moving vehicles based on the delivery information; identifying multiple pieces of moving vehicle feature information corresponding to each of a plurality of second unmanned moving vehicle matched to the first unmanned moving vehicles for delivery; and determining a second unmanned moving vehicle for delivery based on the delivery information and the multiple pieces of moving vehicle feature information. Therefore, it is possible to improve service quality.

    전술한 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에서, 무인 이동체를 활용한 배송 서비스 제공 방법이 개시된다. 상기 방법은, 배송 정보를 획득하는 단계, 상기 배송 정보에 기초하여 복수의 제1무인 이동체 중 배송 제1무인 이동체를 결정하는 단계, 상기 배송 제1무인 이동체에 매칭된 복수의 제2무인 이동체 각각에 대응하는 복수의 이동체 특징 정보를 식별하는 단계 및 상기 배송 정보 및 상기 복수의 이동체 특징 정보에 기초하여 배송 제2무인 이동체를 결정하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
