According to one embodiment of the present invention, a chair for a railroad car using a heating seat comprises: a plurality of heating panel modules comprising a planar heating element disposed in one area of a structure and mounted on a butt plate housing of a chair for a railroad car, and an electrode connected to the planar heating element; and a heating film surrounding the heating panel modules, wherein the heating panel modules are disposed in a space between rib structures protrude-forming from an upper part inner surface or lower part inner surface of the butt plate housing. Therefore, the present invention is capable of providing the chair for the railroad car using the heating seat with a heating seat attached.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면 발열시트를 이용한 철도 차량용 의자는 구조물의 일 영역에 배치되며 철도 차량용 의자의 엉덩이판 하우징에 실장되는 면상의 발열체 및 상기 면상 발열체와 연결되는 전극을 포함하는 복수의 발열패널모듈들; 및 상기 발열패널모듈들을 에워싸는 발열필름;을 포함하며, 상기 발열패널모듈들은 상기 엉덩이판 하우징의 내측 상부면 또는 내측 하부면으로부터 돌출형성된 립구조물들 사이의 공간에 배치되된다.
