A smart parking system based on intelligent image analysis according to the present invention comprises: an image acquisition unit for acquiring the image of a parking lot from a surveillance camera; a parking sensing unit provided on a parking surface in a blind spot of the surveillance camera image to determine whether a vehicle is parked; and a parking management server. The parking management server includes: an image analysis unit for generating analysis data by analyzing a parking area and a vehicle area based on the image of the image acquisition unit; a parking determination unit for determining whether a vehicle is parked or can be parked on the parking surface in the image using a model set to determine whether a vehicle is parked or can be parked on each parking surface of the parking lot based on the analysis data; a parking information management unit for collecting and managing parking information including the number of available parking spaces from the parking determination unit and the parking sensing unit; a parking information providing unit for providing the parking information to a parking lot user; and a communication part for communicating with the surveillance camera image acquisition unit or a server for managing the images of the surveillance camera image acquisition unit, the parking sensing unit and a user terminal through a communication network, wherein the model is a model generated by learning the images of the parking lot and the analysis data using an artificial intelligence algorithm and is a model generated by learning reference information on whether a vehicle is parked and can be parked on each parking surface in the images of the parking lot. Therefore, provided is a smart parking system based on intelligent image analysis, wherein costs for installation, maintenance and management can be reduced, and reliability and efficiency are high even outdoors or in a poor environment.

    본 발명의 지능형 영상 분석 기반 스마트 주차 시스템은 CCTV로부터 주차장의 영상을 획득하는 영상획득부; 상기 CCTV 영상 사각지대의 주차면에 구비되어 차량 주차여부를 판단하는 주차센싱부; 및 주차관리서버;를 포함하고, 상기 주차관리서버는, 상기 영상획득부의 영상에 기초하여, 주차영역 및 차량영역을 분석하여 분석데이터를 생성하는 영상분석부; 상기 분석데이터를 기초로 상기 주차장의 각 주차면에 주차여부 또는 주차가부를 판단하기 위해 설정된 모델을 이용하여 상기 영상 내 주차면의 주차여부 또는 주차가부를 판단하는 주차판단부; 상기 주차판단부 및 주차센싱부로부터 주차가능 공간 수를 포함하는 주차정보를 수집 및 관리하는 주차정보 관리부; 주차장 사용자에게 상기 주차정보를 제공하는 주차정보 제공부; 및 상기 CCTV 영상획득부 또는 상기 CCTV 영상획득부의 영상을 관리하는 서버, 상기 주차센싱부, 및 사용자 단말기와 통신망을 통해 통신하기 위한 통신부;를 포함하는 주차관리서버를 포함하고, 상기 모델은 주차장의 영상 및 분석데이터에 대해 인공지능 알고리즘을 이용하여 학습함으로써 생성된 모델로서, 주차장 영상의 각 주차면에 차량 주차여부 및 차량 주차가부에 대한 기준 정보를 학습하여 생성된 모델이다.
