The present invention relates to a tire rigidity measurement device and, more particularly, to a tire rigidity measurement device which measures the basic structural rigidity of a tire in an atmospheric pressure state where air pressure is not injected into the tire. The tire rigidity measurement device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a center shaft which axially fixes a tire in a state where air pressure is not injected; a pair of clamps which are respectively installed at the top and bottom of the tire axially fixed to the center shaft, and is formed to surround the outer circumference of the tire; a load-bearing piston which is configured on the upper clamp of the pair of clamps and presses the tire positioned at the bottom thereof by the piston action; a load cell which measures the load applied to the tire by the load-bearing piston; and a distance measurement sensor which measures the distance to the tire. Therefore, the tire rigidity measurement device can measure the structural spring rigidity of a tire without inflation of tire pressure, and enable an equivalent level of rigidity design by analyzing the difference in rigidity with a target tire in the early stage of tire design.

    본 발명은 타이어 강성 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 타이어에 공기압이 주입되지 않은 대기압 상태에서의 타이어의 기본 구조강성을 측정하는 타이어 구조강성 측정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 타이어 구조강성 측정장치는, 공기압이 주입되지 않은 상태의 타이어를 축고정시키는 중심샤프트와, 상기 중심샤프트에 축고정된 타이어의 상부와 하부에 각각 설치되며, 타이어의 외주면을 감싸도록 형성되는 한 쌍의 클램프와, 상기 한 쌍의 클램프 중 상부에 위치된 클램프 상부에 구성되고, 피스톤작용에 의해 하부에 위치한 타이어를 가압해주는 하중부하피스톤과, 상기 하중부하피스톤에 의해 타이어에 가해지는 하중을 측정하는 로드셀 및 상기 타이어와의 거리를 측정하는 거리측정센서를 포함한다.
