The present invention relates to a floating structure and a wind power generator capable of supporting power generation facilities and minimizing vibrations caused by eddies in the sea. According to one aspect of the present invention, the floating structure comprises: a plurality of columns providing buoyancy; and a connecting body connecting the plurality of columns. At least one of the plurality of columns may include: a plurality of column bodies connected to each other; and a hollow part formed surrounded by the plurality of column bodies.
