Provided are a method and a system for predictive maintenance based on a digital twin model. The method for predictive maintenance based on a digital twin model includes: a step in which a virtual space implementation module of a digital twin modeling device implements a virtual space; a step in which a simulation module of the digital twin modeling device implements a simulation model corresponding to a cargo hold of a vessel in the virtual space; and a step in which the simulation module of the digital twin modeling device performs predictive maintenance on the cargo hold based on the simulation model, wherein the simulation module performs the predictive maintenance based on a first condition relating to a state in which the cargo hold is filled with fuel and a state in which the cargo hold is not filled with fuel, and a second condition relating to sensor information obtained from a level sensor provided in the cargo hold. Therefore, the present invention is capable of quickly and accurately performing cargo hold maintenance in advance.

    디지털트윈모델 기반 예지보전방법 및 예지보전시스템을 제공한다. 디지털트윈모델 기반 예지보전방법은 디지털트윈모델링장치의 가상공간구현모듈이 가상공간을 구현하는 단계; 디지털트윈모델링장치의 시뮬레이션모듈이 상기 가상공간에서 선박의 화물창에 대응하는 시뮬레이션모델을 구현하는 단계; 및 상기 디지털트윈모델링장치의 상기 시뮬레이션모듈이 상기 시뮬레이션모델을 기반으로 상기 화물창에 대한 예지보전을 수행하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 시뮬레이션모듈은, 상기 화물창에 연료가 채워져 있는 상태와 연료가 채워지지 않은 상태에 관한 제1조건과, 상기 화물창에 구비되는 레벨센서로부터 획득한 센서정보에 관한 제2조건을 기반으로 상기 예지보전이 수행되도록 한다.
