The present invention relates to a tire puncturing apparatus for emergency braking and, more specifically, to a tire puncturing apparatus for emergency braking, which can control the braking of a vehicle independently of a conventional braking system (brake) during vehicle anomalies, emergencies, or unexpected situations during the driving of the vehicle. According to the present invention, the tire puncturing apparatus for emergency braking comprises: a perforation needle, a pointed end of which faces upwards when being in contact with the road surface; an apparatus body which accommodates multiple perforation needles, is mounted at the front of each wheel on the underside of a vehicle body, and discharges the stored perforation needles forward of the tire to cause tire punctures by the perforation needles; and an opening and closing means which opens the bottom of the device body to discharge the stored perforation needles stored in the device body, depending on an automatic control by a vehicle electronic control unit or a driver's manual operation at the time of emergencies requiring vehicle braking.

    본 발명은 비상제동용 타이어 펑크장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 자동차(차량) 주행 도중의 차량이상 또는 긴급상황 및 예기치 못한 상황발생시 기존 제동장치(브레이크)와 별개로 차량의 제동을 제어할 수 있도록 한 비상제동용 타이어 펑크장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 노면착지시 뾰족부가 공중을 지향하게 된 천공침; 상기 천공침이 내부에 다수 수납되고, 차체의 하부 각 차륜의 앞쪽에 장착되며, 내부에 수납된 상기 천공침을 타이어의 전방으로 배출시켜 상기 천공침에 의한 타이어 펑크를 유발하는 장치본체; 및, 차량제동을 요하는 긴급상황 발생시 차량 전자제어장치에 의한 자동제어 또는 운전자 수동조작에 의거 상기 장치본체 내부에 수납된 상기 천공침 배출에 필요한 상기 장치본체 하단의 개방동작을 수행하는 개폐수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
