The present invention relates to a lightweight fender with bulletproof performance and, more specifically, to a lightweight fender with bulletproof performance, which secures the lightweight properties by forming the interior of the fender in a foam form and improves the durability and bulletproof performance of the fender by laminating sheets woven from fibers. The lightweight fender with bulletproof performance comprises: a core layer (10) which is formed by foaming synthetic resins into the inner center of the fender; a middle layer (20) which is formed and laminated to cover the outside of the core layer (10); a bulletproof layer (30) which is formed by laminating fabric materials on the outside of the middle layer (20); and a cover layer (40) which is formed and laminated to cover the outside of the bulletproof layer (30).

    본 발명은 방탄성능이 확보된 경량형 방현재에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 내부를 발포폼 형태로 형성하여 방현재의 경량성을 확보하며, 섬유로 직조된 시트를 적층하여 방현재의 내구성 및 방탄성을 향상시켜 방탄성능이 확보된 경량형 방현재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 방현재의 내부 중앙에 합성수지를 발포시켜 형성되는 코어층(10); 상기 코어층(10)의 외측을 감싸도록 적층되어 형성되는 중간층(20); 상기 중간층(20)의 외측에 직물 형태의 원단이 적층되어 형성되는 방탄층(30); 상기 방탄층(30)의 외측을 감싸도록 적층되어 형성되는 커버층(40);을 포함하는 방탄성능이 확보된 경량형 방현재를 제공할 수 있다.
