The present invention relates to an eco-friendly buoy for buoyancy enhancement and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly buoy for buoyancy enhancement and a manufacturing method thereof capable of installing a buoyancy pipe in the center with a synthetic resin made of polypropylene (PP); positioning a foam buoyancy material on an outer diameter; and coating a coating sheet on the outside of the foam buoyancy material after installing a fusion cover which is fixed to the foam buoyancy material in an upper side and a lower side and is welded to the buoyancy pipe. The eco-friendly buoy for buoyancy enhancement comprises: the buoyancy pipe (10) which is extruded to have a hollow (11); an epp foam buoyancy material (20) which is molded to surround the buoyancy pipe (10), and provides buoyancy by forming a groove (21) on the outer diameter; the fusion cover (30) which is positioned in both sides of the buoyancy pipe (10) and the epp foam buoyancy material (20), combines a fixed protruding unit (31) of the center with the hollow (11), and is welded to the buoyancy pipe (10); the coating sheet (40) which is welded in a welding protruding unit (41) by surrounding the outer diameter of the epp foam buoyancy material (20) and is welded along an outer surface of a fusion cover (30); and a side welding unit (34) which is melted and welded at a different temperature from the coating sheet (40) along the outer surface of the fusion cover (30).

    본 발명은 부력 강화용 친환경 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리프로필렌(PP)으로 이루어지는 합성수지로 중심에 부력관을 설치하고 외경에 발포 부력재가 위치하며 상측과 하측에서 발포 부력재와 고정되면서 부력관에 용접되는 융착 덮개를 설치한 후 발포 부력재의 외측에 코팅시트를 코팅함으로써 이루어지는 부력 강화용 친환경 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 중공(11)을 갖도록 압출 성형한 부력관(10)과; 상기 부력관(10)을 감싸며 발포 성형되고 홈(21)이 외경에 형성되어 부력을 제공하는 epp 발포 부력재(20)와; 상기 부력관(10)과 epp 발포 부력재(20)의 양쪽에 위치하며 중앙 의 고정 돌출부(31)가 중공(11)에 결합되며 부력관(10)과 용접 고정되는 융착 덮개(30)와; 상기 epp 발포 부력재(20)의 외경을 감싸며 용접 돌출부(41)에서 용접되어 융착 덮개(30)의 외측면을 따라 용접되는 코팅시트(40)와; 상기 융착 덮개(30)의 외측면을 따라 코팅시트(40)와 서로 다른 온도에서 용융되어 용접되는 측면 용접부(34)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
