The present invention relates to a hybrid electric vehicle which is able to realize a creep in a situation where there are restrictions in charging a battery, and a creep torque control method therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the creep torque control method for a hybrid electric vehicle can comprise: a step of determining an expected charge power to be generated when a target creep torque is executed by the regenerative braking of a second motor in a hybrid electric vehicle which includes a first motor connected to an engine, a second motor directly connected to a transmission input end, and an engine clutch having one end connected to an engine shaft and having the other end connected to the second motor; a step of, when the expected charge power is equal to or higher than a battery charging limitation power, idling the engine by the first motor with the engine clutch open, thereby discharging the battery; and a step of executing the target creep torque by the regenerative braking of the second motor. Therefore, the fuel required for starting an engine can be saved.

    본 발명은 배터리 충전 제한 상황에서 크립감을 구현할 수 있는 하이브리드 자동차 및 그를 위한 크립 토크 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 자동차의 크립 토크 제어 방법은, 엔진과 연결된 제1 모터, 변속기 입력단에 직결된 제2 모터 및 일단이 엔진축과 연결되고 타단이 제2 모터와 연결된 엔진 클러치를 구비하는 하이브리드 자동차에서 목표 크립 토크를 제2 모터의 회생 제동으로 실행시 발생 예상되는 예상 충전 파워를 판단하는 단계; 예상 충전 파워가 배터리 충전 제한 파워 이상인 경우, 엔진 클러치가 오픈된 상태에서 제1 모터로 엔진을 공회전시켜 배터리를 방전시키는 단계; 및 목표 크립 토크를 제2 모터의 회생 제동으로 실행하는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
