The present invention provides a shift lever apparatus comprising: a connecting frame; and a shift lever including a lower lever having an upper end portion inserted and assembled into the connecting frame, and an upper lever having a lower end portion inserted and assembled into the connecting frame. The length of the upper lever can be adjusted by a manual length adjustment device or an automatic length adjustment device. Therefore, the length of the shift lever can be adjusted to a desired length using the manual length adjustment device or the automatic length adjustment device.

    본 발명은 연결 프레임; 및 상단부가 상기 연결 프레임의 내부로 삽입 조립되는 하부 레버 및 하단부가 상기 연결 프레임의 내부로 삽입 조립되는 상부 레버를 포함하는 변속 레버; 를 포함하고, 상기 상부 레버는 수동 길이 조절장치 또는 자동 길이 조절장치에 의해 길이 조절이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 레버 장치를 제공한다.
