The present invention relates to a system and a method for scheduling an electric vehicle smart charging/discharging call. The method for scheduling an electric vehicle smart charging/discharging call comprises the steps of: monitoring, by the system for scheduling an electric vehicle smart charging/discharging call, real-time building load data; scheduling, by the system for scheduling an electric vehicle smart charging/discharging call, the availability of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the building for each window based on the real-time building load data; generating, by the system for scheduling an electric vehicle smart charging/discharging call, a charging/discharging energy price signal for each window; generating, by the system for scheduling an electric vehicle smart charging/discharging call, a real-time demand confirmation event for an electric vehicle owner of the building; and scheduling, by the system for scheduling an electric vehicle smart charging/discharging call, a real-time electrical charging/discharging plan.
