A smart de-icing and anti-icing system according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: an integrated management server configured to assign aircraft to de-icing and anti-icing areas, manage resources required for de-icing and anti-icing, and manage de-icing and anti-icing information in conjunction with an airport operation system; an airport operation information interface server that provides airport operation information obtained from the airport operation system to the integrated management server; and an integrated management client configured to provide de-icing and anti-icing related information comprising aircraft assignment state, de-icing and anti-icing area state, de-icing and anti-icing area resource information, and a state of de-icing and anti-icing visual information display device.
