The present invention converts ac power and dc power of a secondary battery into dc power, charges the secondary battery of an accident vehicle and a driving vehicle with the converted dc power, allows the dc power to flow in one direction by a diode, and shortens the charging time of the secondary battery of the accident vehicle and the driving vehicle by parallelizing the charging power of the secondary battery.

    본 발명은 교류 전력, 2차 전지의 직류 전력을 직류 전력으로 변환하고, 사고 차량, 운행 차량의 2차 전지를 변환된 직류 전력으로 충전하고, 다이오드로 직류 전력이 일방향으로 흐르도록 하고, 2차 전지의 충전 전력을 병렬화하여 사고 차량, 운행 차량의 2차 전지의 충전 시간을 단축한다.
