A battery temperature control method of the present invention comprises the steps of: determining, by a controller, whether a minimum temperature of the battery is lower than or equal to a predetermined first reference temperature and an outside temperature is lower than or equal to the minimum temperature of the battery when charging of a battery starts; turning on a heating heater when the minimum temperature of the battery is lower than or equal to the first reference temperature and the outside temperature is lower than the minimum temperature of the battery; turning off, by the controller, the heating heater when a maximum temperature of the battery is higher than or equal to a predetermined second reference temperature that is higher than the first reference temperature and the minimum temperature of the battery exceeds a predetermined third reference temperature that is higher than the first reference temperature and lower than the second reference temperature; turning off, by the controller, the heating heater when the maximum temperature of the battery exceeds a predetermined fourth reference temperature that is higher than the second reference temperature even when the minimum temperature of the battery is lower than or equal to the third reference temperature.

    본 발명은 배터리의 충전이 시작되면, 컨트롤러가 배터리의 최소온도가 소정의 제1기준온도 이하이고, 외기온도가 상기 배터리의 최소온도 미만인지 판단하는 단계; 상기 배터리의 최소온도가 상기 제1기준온도 이하이고, 외기온도가 상기 배터리의 최소온도 미만이면, 승온히터를 온시키는 단계; 상기 배터리의 최대온도가 상기 제1기준온도보다 높은 소정의 제2기준온도 이상이고, 상기 배터리의 최소온도가 상기 제1기준온도보다 높고 상기 제2기준온도보다 낮은 소정의 제3기준온도를 초과하면, 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 승온히터를 오프시키는 단계; 상기 배터리의 최소온도가 상기 제3기준온도 이하이더라도, 상기 배터리의 최대온도가 상기 제2기준온도보다 높은 소정의 제4기준온도를 초과하면, 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 승온히터를 오프시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
