본 발명은 다공성 나노입자가 분산된 폴리머 매트릭스를 포함하는, 방오부재로서, 상기 다공성 나노입자는 제1방오제를 담지하고, 상기 폴리머 매트릭스는 제2방오제를 포함하는 것인, 방오부재와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방오부재는, 다공성 나노입자가 포함되어, 강성이 우수하며 방출 속도가 제어될 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
