항공기(4)용 박스형 구조물(1)의 제조 방법을 기술하며, 이 구조물(1)은 제1 길이방향 단부(1a)와 제2 길이방향 단부(1b) 사이에서 길이방향(a)을 따라 연장되고, 제1 길이방향 벽(5); 제1 벽(5)과 대향하고 0이 아닌 양만큼 제 1 벽(5)으로부터 간격을 두고 배치되는 제2 길이방향 벽(6); 제1 벽(5)과 제2 벽(6) 사이에서 길이방향으로 연장하는 복수의 스파(7); 및 제1 길이방향 단부와 제2 길이방향 단부 사이에 개재된 횡방향 섹터(s1)에서 스파(7)에 대해 횡방향으로 배치된 적어도 하나의 보강 리브(23)를 포함하고; 각각의 스파는 횡방향 섹터(s1)에 대응하는 축좌표(x)로부터 제2 길이방향 단부까지 길이방향으로 연장하는 재료 결핍부를 획정하는 스파 캐비티(21)를 가지므로 제1 벽, 제2 벽 및 스파를 일체로 결합한 후에도 박스형 구조물(1)의 구조적 특성을 해치지 않고 보강 리브(23)를 쉽게 삽입할 수 있다.

    A method for manufacturing a box-shaped structure for aircrafts (1) is described (4), the structure (1) extending along a longitudinal direction (A) between a first longitudinal end (1a) and a second longitudinal end (1b), and comprising: a first longitudinal wall (5); a second longitudinal wall (6) facing the first wall (5) and arranged spaced from the first wall (5) by a non-zero amount; a plurality of spars (7) extending longitudinally and between said first wall (5) and second wall (6); and at least one reinforcing rib (23) arranged transversal to the spars (7) at a transversal sector (S1) interposed between the first and the second longitudinal end; each spar has a spar cavity (21) defining a lack of material extending longitudinally from an axial coordinate (X), which corresponds to the transversal sector (S1), up to the second longitudinal end, so that the reinforcing rib (23) can be easily inserted even after the integral coupling between the first wall, the second wall and the spars without compromising the structural properties of the box-shaped structure (1).
