본 발명은 철도차량의 일일 승객 하중패턴에 따라 하중 크기별로 발생빈도별로 집계한 후 승객하중 변화를 표현할 수 있는 수학모델을 만들고, 이를 이용하여 피로강도평가를 수행하고 기대수명까지 차량을 얼마나 더 사용할 수 있는지 평가할 수 있는 승객 하중변화를 고려한 철도차량 피로강도 예측기법에 의한 철도차량의 잔존수명 평가방법을 제공한다.
