자동차 내장재의 제조방법은, 폴리머폴리올과, 폴리머폴리올에 의한 폴리우레탄 발포폼의 생성반응을 촉진하는 첨가제를 혼합한 폴리올혼합재를 준비하는 단계와; 흑연 분말과, 폴리우레탄 발포폼의 생성반응을 보조하며 폴리머폴리올보다 점성이 낮은 흑연분산촉진재를 혼합한 흑연혼합재를 준비하는 단계와; 폴리올혼합재, 흑연혼합재 및 이소시아네이트를 혼합하여 폴리우레탄 발포폼을 형성하고, 형성된 폴리우레탄 발포폼을 금형에 주입하여 자동차 내장재를 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
