The disclosure relates to the technical field of battery charging and swapping, and in particular, to a control method and system for a battery charging and swap station, a medium, an apparatus, and a battery charging and swap station. The disclosure is intended to solve the problem that a battery charging and swap station is prone to false alarm and halt at a low temperature. To this purpose, the battery charging and swap station in the disclosure includes a battery swap apparatus. The battery swap apparatus includes a locking/unlocking mechanism. The locking/unlocking mechanism is configured to be capable of locking and unlocking a battery locking mechanism through rotation of a locking/unlocking head of the locking/unlocking mechanism. The control method for a battery charging and swap station includes: obtaining an internal temperature of the battery charging and swap station; comparing the internal temperature with a preset temperature threshold; and controlling, based on a comparison result, the locking/unlocking mechanism to or not to alternately rotate forward and backward. In the disclosure, the locking/unlocking mechanism can be preheated at a low temperature, thereby ensuring running efficiency of the locking/unlocking mechanism and avoiding frequent false alarm and halt at a low temperature.
