The electrically conductive member is electrically coupled to the terminal part and includes first and second major surfaces. The first insulating film is disposed at least on a first major surface side of the electrically conductive member. The second insulating film is disposed at least on a second major surface side of the electrically conductive member. The first and the second insulating films are thermal-fusion-bonded to each other. The first insulating film has an opening. The electrically conductive member is exposed through the opening. A cushion member is disposed between a peripheral edge part of an end face on which the terminal part is provided and the electrically conductive member. The cushion member surrounds the terminal part. The cushion member is adhered to the second insulating film.
