A waste heat recovery system includes a hydraulic device, a first three-away valve, a second three-way valve, a first heat exchanger, an oil heat dissipation system water pump and a battery pack. A first valve port of the first three-way valve communicates with an end of the hydraulic device, a second valve port of the second three-way valve communicates with another end of the hydraulic device, and two ends of the first heat exchanger respectively communicate with a third valve port of the first three-way valve and a first valve port of the second three-way valve. An end of the oil heat dissipation system water pump is connected to the first heat exchanger, and two ends of the battery pack respectively communicate with another end of the oil heat dissipation system water pump and the first heat exchanger.
