Described are systems and methods for calamity accident prevention using an artificial intelligence system. In one example, a system that utilizes an in-vehicle artificial intelligence system includes a processor and a memory in communication with the processor. The memory includes instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive an input from an occupant of a vehicle describing a calamity when the vehicle is traveling on an initial route and determine a mood of the occupant when the occupant provided the input. Based on a probability of the calamity occurring in a location of the vehicle and the mood of the occupant, the instructions cause the processor to perform route planning for the vehicle to minimize the effects of the calamity on the vehicle.
