A window assembly includes a transparent substrate, a conductive feature formed on a surface of the transparent substrate, and a solderless electrical connector for electrically coupling a wiring harness of the vehicle with the conductive feature. The solderless electrical connector includes an insulating cover and a conductive biasing member. The conductive biasing member includes a first end elastically compressed between the insulating cover and the conductive feature such that the conductive biasing member is positioned in electrical contact with the conductive feature, a second end configured to be coupled to the wiring harness, and a central region therebetween. The central region defines a cutout region engaged with the insulating cover to retain the conductive biasing member relative to the insulating cover. The solderless electrical connector further includes an adhesive disposed between the insulating cover and the transparent substrate to adhere the insulating cover to the transparent substrate.
