An apparatus for an internal structure of an airfoil is disclosed. The apparatus may include a support member having a length defined between first and second ends. The support member may include first and second opposing surfaces. An aperture may extending through the first and second opposing surfaces of the support member and a groove may be formed in the first surface between the first and second ends of the support member. The groove may be in fluid communication with the aperture. A structural member may extend substantially perpendicular from the support member. The structural member may include first and second opposing sides. An injection port may extend through the first and second opposing sides of the structural member. A protrusion may extend from the structural member. The protrusion may include a passageway in fluid communication with the injection port and the aperture.
