The present invention relates to a device for preventing a sudden acceleration accident of a vehicle, wherein the device, which is electrically connected and provided between a fuel supply line and an ignition device of a vehicle, opens or closes the fuel supply line by moving according to the maintenance of a polarity, which is the same as or different from that of an electromagnet, by a permanent magnet in a valve body facing the electromagnet, the electromagnet operating by means of the supply and breaking of a current, so as to start or stop the vehicle. Therein, a plurality of guide walls are erected alongside the periphery of the permanent magnet in the valve body such that fuel passes between the permanent magnet and the guide wall having a predetermined gap therebetween, thereby enabling the almost complete prevention of sudden acceleration accidents by making the fuel flow smoothly before the accident prevention device is operated and by simply blocking the supply of the fuel if the engine revolutions per minute that would unexpectedly cause the sudden acceleration of the vehicle is reached.

    La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de prévention d'accident d'accélération soudaine involontaire, qui est raccordé électriquement et disposé entre une conduite d'alimentation en carburant et un dispositif d'allumage d'un véhicule, qui ouvre ou ferme la conduite d'alimentation en carburant en se déplaçant en fonction de l'entretien d'une polarité, qui est la même ou différente de celle d'un électroaimant, au moyen d'un aimant permanent dans un corps de soupape faisant face à l'électroaimant fonctionnant au moyen de l'alimentation et de la coupure d'un courant, de sorte à faire démarrer ou à arrêter le véhicule, et dont chaque paroi de guidage est érigée côte à côte avec l'environnement de l'aimant permanent dans le corps de soupape de telle sorte que le carburant passe entre l'aimant permanent et la paroi de guidage, un espace prédéterminé étant formé entre ces derniers, ce qui permet d'empêcher presque complètement un accident d'accélération soudaine involontaire en rendant le flux de carburant sans à-coups avant que le dispositif de prévention d'accident ne soit actionné et en bloquant simplement l'alimentation du carburant si le nombre de tours du moteur par minute, qui provoque, de manière inattendue, une accélération soudaine du véhicule, est atteint.

    본 발명은 급발진 사고 방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 차량의 연료공급라인과 시동장치 사이에서 전기적으로 연결되어 설치되는 급발진 사고 방지장치에 있어서, 전류의 공급 및 차단으로 작동하는 전자석과 마주보는 밸브몸체 내의 영구자석이 상기 전자석과 같은 극성이나 서로 다른 극성을 유지함에 따라 이동함으로써 연료공급라인을 개폐하여 차량의 시동 및 정지가 이루어지도록 하되, 상기 밸브몸체 내의 영구자석의 주변과 나란히 세워지는 안내 벽을 각각 형성하여, 일정한 간격을 둔 상기 영구자석과 안내 벽 사이로 연료가 통과하도록 한 것이며, 사고 방지장치의 작동 전에 연료의 흐름이 원활하게 이루어지면서 불시에 급가속을 일으키는 차량의 엔진 회전수에 도달하기만 하면 간단하게 연료의 공급을 차단하여 급발진 사고를 거의 완벽하게 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
