Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for detecting a failure of a battery pack using an independent grounding unit. A battery management system through distributed operation according to the present invention comprises: a first battery pack for supplying power to a load; a first grounding unit connected between the first battery pack and a first relay connected to the first battery pack to connect and disconnect the power supply of the battery pack; a second battery pack for supplying power to the load; a second grounding unit connected between the second battery pack and a second relay connected to the second battery pack to connect and disconnect the power supply of the battery pack; and a voltage measuring unit for measuring a voltage at both ends of the first relay and a voltage at both ends of the second relay.

    La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé pour détecter une défaillance d'un bloc-batterie en utilisant une unité indépendante de mise à la terre. Un système de gestion de batterie par fonctionnement distribué selon la présente invention comprend : un premier bloc-batterie pour fournir de l'énergie électrique à une charge ; une première unité de mise à la terre connectée entre le premier bloc-batterie et un premier relais connecté au premier bloc-batterie pour connecter et déconnecter l'alimentation électrique du bloc-batterie ; un second bloc-batterie pour fournir de l'énergie électrique à la charge ; une seconde unité de mise à la terre connectée entre le second bloc-batterie et un second relais connecté au second bloc-batterie pour connecter et déconnecter l'alimentation électrique du bloc-batterie ; et une unité de mesure de tension pour mesurer une tension aux deux extrémités du premier relais et une tension aux deux extrémités du second relais.

    독립된 접지부를 이용한 배터리 팩 고장 검출 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 분산 연산을 통한 배터리 관리 시스템은 부하에 전력을 공급하는 제1 배터리 팩, 상기 제1 배터리 팩과 연결되어 배터리 팩의 전력 공급을 연결 및 차단하는 제1 릴레이와 상기 제1 배터리 팩 사이에 연결되는 제1 접지부, 상기 부하에 전력을 공급하는 제2 배터리 팩, 상기 제2 배터리 팩과 연결되어 배터리 팩의 전력 공급을 연결 및 차단하는 제2 릴레이와 상기 제2 배터리 팩 사이에 연결되는 제2 접지부 및 상기 제1 릴레이의 양단의 전압 및 상기 제2 릴레이의 양단의 전압을 측정하는 전압 측정부를 포함한다.
