A battery management apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a precharge unit comprising a plurality of switches, connected in parallel with a first main relay and connected between a second main relay and a second charge/discharge terminal; a control unit for controlling the plurality of switches so as to transform an output voltage of a battery module to an alternating current voltage and apply the alternating current voltage to the first main relay or the second main relay; and a diagnostic unit for diagnosing whether or not the first main relay is faulty on the basis of a first both-end voltage value of the first main relay to which the alternating current voltage has been applied, or for diagnosing whether or not the second main relay is faulty on the basis of a second both-end voltage value of the second main relay to which the alternating current voltage has been applied.
La présente invention concerne un appareil de gestion de batterie qui comprend : une unité de précharge qui comprend une pluralité de commutateurs, connectés en parallèle avec un premier relais principal et connectés entre un second relais principal et un second terminal de charge/décharge ; une unité de commande pour commander la pluralité de commutateurs de façon à transformer une tension de sortie d'un module de batterie en une tension de courant alternatif et appliquer la tension de courant alternatif sur le premier relais principal ou le second relais principal ; et une unité de diagnostic pour diagnostiquer si le premier relais principal est défaillant ou non sur la base d'une première valeur de tension des deux extrémités du premier relais principal sur lequel la tension de courant alternatif a été appliquée, ou pour diagnostiquer si le second relais principal est défaillant ou non sur la base d'une seconde valeur de tension des deux extrémités du second relais principal sur lequel la tension de courant alternatif a été appliquée.
