The present disclosure relates to a driving mode switching device and a driving mode switching method. Particularly, the driving mode switching device according to the present disclosure comprises: a driving mode switching determination unit for determining to switch a driving mode of a vehicle to either an autonomous driving mode or a manual driving mode on the basis of at least one from among driving information, detection information, and driver detection information; and a driving mode switching unit for controlling a transition section in which the driving mode is switched and/or the ratio of turning control signals in the driving modes on the basis of at least one from among the driving information, the detection information, and the driver detection information when it is determined that the driving mode is to be switched, and switching the driving mode by changing the turning control signal.

    La présente invention porte sur un dispositif de commutation de mode de conduite et un procédé de commutation de mode de conduite. En particulier, le dispositif de commutation de mode de conduite selon la présente invention comprend : une unité de détermination de commutation de mode de conduite destinée à déterminer s'il convient de commuter un mode de conduite d'un véhicule soit dans un mode de conduite autonome soit dans un mode de conduite manuelle sur la base d'au moins l'une parmi des informations de conduite, des informations de détection et des informations de détection de conducteur ; et une unité de commutation de mode de conduite destinée à commander une section de transition dans laquelle le mode de commande est commuté et/ou le rapport des signaux de commande de rotation dans les modes de conduite sur la base d'au moins l'une parmi les informations de conduite, les informations de détection et les informations de détection de conducteur lorsqu'il est déterminé que le mode de conduite doit être commuté, et commuter le mode de conduite en changeant le signal de commande de rotation.

    본 개시는 주행 모드 전환 장치 및 주행 모드 전환 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 개시에 따른 주행 모드전환 장치는 주행 정보, 감지 정보 및 운전자 감지 정보 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 자차량의 주행 모드를 자율 주행 모드 및 수동 주행 모드 중 어느 하나로 전환하는 것으로 결정하는 주행 모드 전환 결정부 및 주행 모드가 전환되는 것이 결정되면, 주행 정보, 감지 정보 및 운전자 감지 정보 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 주행 모드가 전환되는 천이 구간과 주행 모드에서의 전타 제어 신호의 비율 중 적어도 하나를 조절하고, 전타 제어 신호를 변화시켜 주행 모드를 전환하는 주행 모드 전환부를 포함한다.
