A battery management system according to the present invention comprises: a memory for storing a first open-circuit voltage curve and a second open-circuit voltage curve; a voltage sensor for measuring a battery voltage, which is a voltage across both ends of a battery; and a control circuit. The first open-circuit voltage curve defines a first relationship between the state of charge and open-circuit voltage of the battery when the battery is discharging. The second open-circuit voltage curve defines a second relationship between the state of charge and open-circuit voltage of the battery when the battery is charging. The control circuit is configured to block the flow of an electric current through the battery upon receiving a key-off signal. If the battery was discharging when the key-off signal was received, on the basis of the first open-circuit voltage curve and the battery voltage measured at a predetermined interval of time, from a first time point to a second time point, the control circuit estimates the state of charge of the battery at the predetermined interval of time.

    Un système de gestion de batterie selon la présente invention comprend : une mémoire pour stocker une première courbe de tension en circuit ouvert et une seconde courbe de tension en circuit ouvert ; un capteur de tension pour mesurer une tension de batterie, qui est une tension aux deux extrémités d'une batterie ; et un circuit de commande. La première courbe de tension de circuit ouvert définit une première relation entre l'état de charge et la tension de circuit ouvert de la batterie lorsque la batterie est déchargée. La seconde courbe de tension de circuit ouvert définit une seconde relation entre l'état de charge et la tension de circuit ouvert de la batterie lorsque la batterie est chargée. Le circuit de commande est configuré pour bloquer le flux d'un courant électrique à travers la batterie lors de la réception d'un signal de désactivation.     본 발명에 따른 배터리 관리 시스템은, 제1 개로 전압 커브 및 제2 개로 전압 커브를 저장하는 메모리; 배터리의 양단에 걸친 전압인 배터리 전압을 측정하는 전압 센서; 및 제어 회로를 포함한다. 상기 제1 개로 전압 커브는, 상기 배터리의 방전 시의 상기 배터리의 개로 전압과 충전 상태 간의 제1 관계를 규정한다. 상기 제2 개로 전압 커브는, 상기 배터리의 충전 시의 상기 배터리의 개로 전압과 충전 상태 간의 제2 관계를 규정한다. 상기 제어 회로는, 키-오프 신호를 수신 시, 상기 배터리를 통한 전류의 흐름을 차단하도록 구성된다. 상기 제어 회로는, 상기 키-오프 신호가 수신 때에 상기 배터리가 방전 중이었다면, 제1 시점부터 제2 시점까지, 소정 시간마다 측정되는 상기 배터리 전압 및 상기 제1 개로 전압 커브를 기초로, 상기 소정 시간마다 상기 배터리의 충전 상태를 추정한다.
