The present invention relates to a lithium ion battery module sequentially comprising: heat sinks for accumulating heat during heating of lithium ion battery cells and dissipating heat during heat radiation; first heat dissipation electrical insulation films for heat conduction adhesion between the lithium ion battery cells and the heat sinks; the lithium ion battery cells composed of LiFePo4 pouch cells; second heat dissipation electrical insulation films, which lower the capacitance value of the surface of the lithium ion battery cells to improve safety; and heating plates, which supply power to generate resistance heat.

    La présente invention concerne un module de batterie lithium-ion comprenant séquentiellement: des dissipateurs thermiques pour accumuler de la chaleur pendant le chauffage d'éléments de batterie lithium-ion et dissiper la chaleur pendant un rayonnement thermique; des premiers films d'isolation électrique de dissipation de chaleur pour une adhérence par conduction thermique entre les éléments de batterie au lithium-ion et les dissipateurs de chaleur; les éléments de batterie au lithium-ion composés d'éléments à cavité LiFeP04; des seconds films d'isolation électrique de dissipation de chaleur, qui abaissent la valeur de capacité de la surface des éléments de batterie au lithium-ion pour améliorer la sécurité ; et des plaques chauffantes, qui fournissent de l'énergie pour générer la chaleur de résistance.

    본 발명은 리튬이온 배터리 모듈에 관한 것으로, 리튬이온 배터리셀 발열시 열을 축적하고 방열시 열을 방출하는 방열판; 상기 리튬이온 배터리셀과 방열판과의 열전도 밀착을 위한 제1 방열절연지; LiFePo4 파우치 셀로 이루어진 리튬이온 배터리셀; 상기 리튬이온 배터리셀 표면의 정전용량값을 낮추어 안전성을 향상시키는 제2 방열절연지; 및 전원을 공급하여 저항열을 발생시키는 발열판;순으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
