A battery management apparatus according to an embodiment disclosed herein may comprise: a measuring unit that measures the temperature and voltage of each of a plurality of battery cells; and a controller that generates first information on each of the plurality of battery cells on the basis of whether the plurality of battery cells are charging or discharging, the temperature of each of the plurality of battery cells over time, and the voltage of each of the plurality of battery cells over time, and identifies degraded battery cells among the plurality of battery cells on the basis of the first information on each of the plurality of battery cells.

    Un appareil de gestion de batterie selon un mode de réalisation divulgué dans la présente invention peut comprendre : une unité de mesure qui mesure la température et la tension de chaque élément d'une pluralité d'éléments de batterie ; et un dispositif de commande qui génère des premières informations sur chaque élément de la pluralité d'éléments de batterie sur la base du fait que la pluralité de cellules de batterie est en charge ou en décharge, la température de chaque élément de la pluralité d'éléments de batterie dans le temps, et la tension de chaque élément de la pluralité d'éléments de batterie au fil du temps, et identifie des éléments de batterie dégradées parmi la pluralité d'éléments de batterie sur la base des premières informations sur chacune de la pluralité de cellules de batterie.
